• 3D laser scanning — Reality capture of existing buildings, plants and structures, delivered as registered point clouds, measured drawings and scan-to-BIM reference data.
• UAV photogrammetry — Drone mapping for orthomosaic imagery, terrain models and site documentation, where site conditions and flight permissions allow.
• GIS & spatial data — Geodatabases, asset and utility mapping and survey-data integration that turn measurements into information a team can query and share.
• Construction layout, as-built & monitoring — Setting out, as-built verification, level and alignment checks and movement monitoring throughout construction delivery.
• Underground utility detection & GPR surveys — Ground-penetrating radar and metal detection that locate buried pipes, cables, covers, voids and survey marks before design, excavation or stake-out.
