Land & engineering surveys

Land and engineering survey work establishes the spatial information needed to understand a site and coordinate the next stage of a project.

About this service

We establish control, record existing ground conditions, levels, boundaries of the surveyed extent, built features and services visible on site, then deliver the result as drawings, coordinate schedules and digital terrain data. The same control network can be reused later for setting out, as-built verification and monitoring, so design, construction and record stages stay in one consistent reference frame. Our cadastral practice rebuilds whole villages in non-final zones — the Kobayat reconstruction covers 4,878 parcels over 3,006 hectares — alongside corridor work such as the 121.5 km railway property survey from Beirut to Aboudiyeh.

Where this work supports a project

  • Topographic and route surveys
  • Boundary and cadastral surveys
  • Whole-village cadastral reconstruction
  • Control networks (GNSS and total station)
  • Buried-services and survey-mark detection (GPR, metal detection)

Typical deliverables

  • Survey drawings
  • Coordinate schedules
  • Digital terrain data
  • Site records

Planning your survey

Useful things to share with the team when you get in touch:

  • Site location, extent and how the team can access it, including any permits or escorts needed.
  • Existing records: previous surveys, control points, drawings or coordinate systems already in use.
  • The drawings, data formats and level of detail you need, so they can be agreed before fieldwork.
  • Project timing, and whether the same control will later be used for setting out or monitoring.

Coverage

Land and engineering survey enquiries are welcome for projects in Lebanon, Syria and Canada; scope is confirmed per project.
